Kwakiulth EAGLE with Whale spirit - a real Gem!!

Measurements: 15" tall, 4 1/2" wide, 1" thick . Truly gorgeous

Carved to perfection by Alfred Robertson, He stained, then polished it to accentuate the natural grain of the wood. Deep and clean cuts. Carved in the front and signed at the back. Prepared for wall hanging, hanger already attached.

Meaning: The Eagle symbolizes grace, power and great intellect. It is a sacred and noble creature representing power and prestige to the First Nations people of the Northwest Coast. It symbolizes wisdom and has a special and direct connection to the creator. Eagles mate for life and are therefore also seen as a symbol of lasting love and dedication.
