Large SALMON wall art carving by Nootka Master artist Brian Bob
Beautifully stained in vibrant blue, the eye is inlaid with Abalone, polished to accentuate the natural grain of the wood, he used sitka spruce this time. Deep carving, gorgeous flow, superb craftsmanship!! Signed at the back - prepared for wall hanging. The vibrant blue really is outstanding.

Meaning: The Salmon symbolizes prosperity, renewal and fertility. They are one of the most important and highest respected animals of all since they have been the primary food source from the beginning of time to the Northwest Coast First Nations.
