Absolutely gorgeous

RAVEN, the trickster, art carving, designed, hand carved and hand painted by Neil Baker, a member of a large family of First Nations artists from the Coast Salish (Squamish) First Nations, originating from Vancouver Island.

Beautiful red cedar - so very detailed, clean cut-out, highest quality craftsmanship - powerful expression. Neil put a lot of work into his pieces - the carving is truly excellent, made and prepared for wall hanging, hanger attached, carved in front, signed at the back.

Measurements: 20" x 6 1/2" x 3/4" (51 cm x 17 cm x 2 cm)

Meaning: The Raven is known to be the transformer, trickster and creator. He is famous for being a somewhat mischievous glutton. He's always out to please himself and to have a good time. He's very adventurous.
