So vibrant, such a great design

Lidded Bentwood Box, with deailed whale design on two sides and Tail and Salmon spirit design on the other 2 sides, by Kwakiulth First Nation artist Sarah Robertson from Kingcome Inlet, BC.

As always in Sarah's art, deep cuts, the design of the whale's is beautiful, the wood is bent around the corners, lid and base is left natural. Signed underneath the base. Sarah always leaves the pencil marks on the inside of the box and the lid - it just shows and proofs that it's fully hand crafted, carved and painted. A really delightful piece to add to any native art collection

Measurements: 7 1/4" x 7 1/4" (lid), 7" high
