Beautiful piece of Indigenous Art
fully hand carved and hand painted by Randy Stiglitz, a master artist from the Coast Salish First Nations and his wife, also a master artist Janice Morin (Coast Salish/Cree) both now living on the Pacific Northwest Coast.
This mask is truly attractive, the grain and color of the wood (I think alder) is shown and just gives a beautiful background to the clean and vibrant painting. Randy and Janice are just an awesome match and are working together as a team for many many years. And it shows!
The mask is decorated with cedar bark and already prepared for wall hanging, hanger attached. Signed and dated on the inside.
This mask will move fast - don't miss it.
