Loon Bowl with Raven design on head and neck, by Chris George, a member of the Ucluelet First Nations, originating from Kyuquot sound, British Columbia's Pacific Northwest Coast.

Stunning piece of art, the craftsmanship shown on this piece is incredible. This was a lot of work. Please have a look at the details, the carving lines, the depth, the flow and the expression. A lot of good things going on in this little piece. The bowl is signed underneath but the signature is a little faded since the artist used "sharpie".

Fully hand carved cedar, stained in dark brown. If you are looking for quality, this is it!

Measurements: 8 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 9 1/2"

Meaning: The Loon symbolizes serenity and tranquility. They teach us to listen to and learn from our dreams, because if you believe in them, the might come true and your hopes and wishes will be fulfilled.
