First Nations Master Artist Sarah Robertson designed, hand carved, hand painted and polished this beautiful wall art

Spirit RAVEN

Gorgeous piece of sugar pine. Such a lovely expression, very clean carving lines. She clearly shows her love for this art and combined with her talent and experience, mastered it to perfection. Sarah signed at the back, carved in the front, made and prepared for wall hanging, very deep and detailed cuts, truly a stunningly beautiful expression.

Measurements: 13 1/2" x 6" x 1/2" (34.5 x 15 x 1.5 cm)

Meaning: The Raven is known to be the transformer, trickster and creator. In the Kwakwaka'wakw culture the Raven is known as the messenger of the sky and famous for being a somewhat mischievous glutton. He's always out to please himself and to have a good time. He's very adventurous.
