These dance rattles are really important and are used in almost every ceremony of the First Nations peoples. Darrell carved it all around, very alive expression, majestic! Excellent masterpiece by late Haida Nation Artist Darrell LeBlanc - These are very hard to find these days. The Quality is truly amazing. so much detail and yet simple, elegant and just - beautiful. This piece was one of his latest pieces before he sadly passed away. 

The sound of the Dance Rattle is soft and powerful at the same time
