Fantastic piece of North American art - finest quality, from a master carver from the First Nations, living on Vancouver Island. A new masterpiece to show off in our native art gallery:

Brian Bob's EAGLE, feasting on Salmon

wall art carving - the images don't do it justice - it's truly a superb piece of Indigenous Art.

The color is so vibrant. Thick solid piece of Sitka Spruce, the expression is so alive and wonderful. The eagle does show the 4 salmon egg symbols on it's wing - it has many pieces of Abalone inlays (Mother of pearl). The color really accentuates the natural grain of the wood., just fabulous Carved in front, signed at the back, made and prepared for wall hanging - have a look....

Measurements: 28" x 9" x 1 1/2"

Meaning: . Eagles mate for life and are therefore also seen as a symbol of lasting love and dedication. It is told that the Eagle end their own life in despair when the mate is lost. Eagle feathers are used in the most important ceremonies, a display of respect, courage, Chieftainship and wisdom.
