Eagle 

by First Nations Artist Dale Scow from the Kwakwaka'wakw First Nation from Alert Bay, Pacific Northwest Coast of British Columbia. 

Very fine and clean lines of carving, very detailed with lots of attention to the expression of the Eagle. The colors are powerful - simply highest quality in every aspect! Carved in front, signed and dated at the back - made and prepared for wall hanging, hanger already attached. 

Measurements: 23" x 8" x 1"

Meaning: The Eagle symbolizes grace, power and great intellect. It is a sacred and noble creature representing power and prestige to the First Nations people of the Northwest Coast. It symbolizes wisdom and has a special and direct connection to the creator. Eagles mate for life and are therefore also seen as a symbol of lasting love and dedication
