Please have a close look at the images provided - this piece really is a masterpiece, the carving is so detailed, highest quality craftsmanship. Rupert clearly loves this art and always puts all his love into it. He pays great attention to details. Everything fully hand carved, no machines used! Fully hand painted. Fabulous piece of Indigenous art.
It shows the Eagle holding the salmon and chief on top, then the Wolf holding two Salmon with chief, followed by the Killer Whale with man riding on fin. All the way at the bottom it shows the Bear from the Bear clan. Did you see the teeth on the bear and the wolf...so detailed ?
Measurements: 4 ft" (48") 4" wide, 5" deep (to top of whale's fin), the base is 7" x 6"
Signed with his carved initials in the totem pole itself (great little detail... did you see the "RJ"?)..but also underneath the wooden base. It's mounted on the base with two wooden pegs.
