art carving by Kwakiulth First Nation artist Sarah Daniels (nee Robertson) who clearly mastered this art. Sarah is a member of the Kwakwaka'wakw First Nations from Kingcome Inlet, BC. Biography is provided below. 

Beautifully designed, hand carved, hand painted in black and red. The expression is playful and adorable. As always in Sarah's artworks, the carving lines are clean, deep and detailed. Prepared for wall hanging, hanger attached, signed at the back by the artist. 

Measurements: 25 1/2" x 10" x 1/2" 

Meaning: The Dolphin represents a free and cheerful spirit. Someone who is young at heart, playful, yet has great love and joy to spread to the world. To see a dolphin is a blessing.
