hand carved, hand painted - such detailed carving by Haida master artist Donavon Gates from Haida Gwaii, a member of the Old Massett band.

This time he chose to paint it in a red and black, still showing the beautiful grain of the red cedar, beautiful piece of wood. Made and prepared for wall hanging, signed with carved Initials at the back. New and marvelous condition.
