How beautiful is this?

Truly vibrant and colorful, hand carved 3 D HUMMINGBIRD Sculpture on Stand - new design!

Hummingbird - the Bird of Love - stunning, deep carving, excellent craftsmanship, clearly showing the "female touch" from the Kwakwakaw'wakw First Nations Artist SARAH ROBERTSON.

She added a natural wooden base to this beautiful bird carving, using pine, painted in the traditional red/black color. Just a beautiful little piece, very decorative and a fabulous addition to any native Art collection. So very detailed. The bird is held to the base by a peg - it can be taken off easy.

Meaning The Hummingbird teaches you to appreciate and love the miracle of living and to help you focus on the positivity in your life. They represent friendship, playfulness and are a symbol of good luck. They are seen as messengers of peace, heal body and soul and guide you through life's challenges. Hummingbirds are very independent and seem to have an unlimited energy supply. They symbolize wonder, love and beauty.

Measurements: 9 1/2" x 4" x 1 1/2" (24 x 10 x 4 cm), 9" high in stand (23 cm high)
