Beautiful little Feast Bowl in the form of an Eagle

hand carved, stained and polished by First Nations Artist Darcy van Joseph. Very clean line, really great craftsmanship, very nice expression. The perfect piece to start or add to a native Art collection. It's an older piece, does show minor signs of gentle aging/handling - nothing unexpected. Have a look at the images - it's truly a little gem!

Measurements: 12 1/2" long, 4" wide, 4" high (32 x 10 x 10 cm)

Meaning: The Eagle symbolizes grace, power and great intellect. It is a sacred and noble creature representing power and prestige to the First Nations people of the Northwest Coast. It symbolizes wisdom and has a special and direct connection to the creator. Eagles mate for life and are therefore also seen as a symbol of lasting love and dedication.
