Henderson, Ross

Ross Henderson, born 1970, is  a member of the Kwakwakaw 'wakw First Nation, originating from Fort Rupert, a small village on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. As a teenager he was influenced by his brother, Jonathan Henderson. He also works with Kwakwaka’wakw artist Trevor Hunt. He started his career in 2002 and with his incredible talent quickly received attention world wide. His pieces which include paddles, masks and plaques are highly sought after and are collected world wide.
