Delmar Joseph is a member of the Squamish First Nation, originating from Capilano in British Columbia, Canada's Pacific NorthwestCoast. He began carving in 1967 when he was only 11 years old, taught by his father Larry. Delmar's brother is the well known Artist and Chief Floyd Joseph.
