Laurence Scow is a member of the Kwakwakaw 'wakw Firs tNation, born 1958 in Port Hardy, British Columbia, Canada. Lawrence started carving 1985, inspired by the work of Bill Wilson and Larry Hunt. He comes from a very large family of very talented and well known and liked Master carvers. His attention to detail, use of vibrant colors and elegant style makes his piece easily recognizable. His works are collected and appreciated world wide.
