What a Gem!!!! - You just don't find this quality often.

Miniature Mask pendant - Namgis - by Kevin Cranmer, a member of the Kwakiulth First Nations on Vancouver Island!!!

This truly is an amazing piece - Miniature, but VERY big in quality and details. Have a close look, The eyes and ears are covered with brass pieces, The Namgis has a ring in it's nose and a little piece of Abalone in one of his hears in the form of the copper (as used in copper-breaking ceremonies,  very important in the culture of the First Nations). Kevin put so much work and so many hours into this piece. The love and attention to details really is impressive. Have a look....

Cedar, the painting is incredible, the expression just wonderful and rich and powerful. Signed at the back, dated 1998, excellent condition.

Measurements: 2 1/2" x 2 1'4"
