Truly SUPERB quality - have a close look at the pictures please, the carving on this piece of art is stunning!

LOON BOWL, by Kwakiulth First Nation artist Lloyed Wadhams Jr.

This bowl is dated 1985, signed underneath by the artist who paid so much attention to details, it's incredible. The wood is gorgeous, stained and polished. the carving lines are VERY clean and close to perfection - I really love this piece. I have seen many loon bowl over the years, but this one really stands out. It's a vintage piece, not new, so it shows some very minor signs of gentle handling (mainly underneath). It's in great condition!

Measurements: 15" long, 7" wide, 4" high (38 x 18 x 10 cm)

Meaning: The Loon symbolizes serenity and tranquility. They teach us to listen to and learn from our dreams, because if you believe in them, the might come true and your hopes and wishes will be fulfilled.
