Killer Whale (Orca) wall art carving by Nootka First Nations artist Brian Bob
This piece truly is incredible, powerful presence, inlaid with abalone (mother of pearl). Dark stain applied to accentuate the natural grain of the wood. Brian signed it at the back with his carved Initial. Brian pays so much attention to details and the cuts are so deep and clean, it clearly shows his many many years of experience and his talent for this art. Just a gorgeous piece of Indigenous Art from the Pacific Northwest. The images are nice, but they don't do it justice.
Measurements: 24" x 11" x 1/2"
