Tsawout First Nation art carving - elegant, powerful and vibrant
Stunning PAIR (Set of 2): EAGLES, hand carved wall art by our friend and Indigenous artist Bear (Doug) Horne from the Coast Salish, Tsawout First Nation on Vancouver Island.
Gorgeous piece of cedar, carved in very clean and deep carving lines, showing knife marks, truly fabulous! Powerful and very clean painting in traditional yet very vibrant colors. Easy recognizable as Bear's (Doug's) art. He signed each at the back, they are made and prepared for wall hanging, hanger already attached. If you are interested in only one of them, please don't be shy to contact me - I'm selling the separate as well.
