SPIRIT BEAR (full body design)

Deep and clean cuts - comes with wall hanger so it's ready to be hung up on your wall, carved in the front, signed at the back. This piece is really beautiful, it clearly shows the "female touch" - just a very elegant piece with a very strong expression and powerful painting in simple black and white. 

Measurements: 20" x 10" x 1" 

Meaning: The Bear is a symbol for power, courage, physical strength and leadership. Warrior's e.g. are known to wear bear claw necklaces which meant protection. In Haida culture the Bear is referred to as "Elder Kinsman" and was treated like a high ranking guest.
