Tsonoqua (Wild Woman) Mask by Female Artist Janice Morin
I'll let the images speak for themselves. Have a look at the mesmerizing eyes.... The face is adorned with horsehair and the traditional cedar bark and rope. The painting is traditional and contemporary, the dark gray looks just that - dark when displayed in a room but when you bring it out in sunlight or shine a direct light on it, it has a nice sparkle to it. It's difficult to see in the pictures, so please have a close look. Clearly made by a female artist, showing the female touch. Did you see the ears - even they are fully carved - have another look
Measurements: 14" x 17" x 8" wood only - not counting the cedar bark or the hair
