Very special piece of North American Jewellery art, hand carved by female master artist Valerie Morgan from the Kwakwakaw'wakw First Nation.

MOON Pendant

decorated with feathers and beads. The carving is superb! The moon is carved out of one piece of cedar wood, these miniature art carvings are difficult to find. It is so much work and takes so many hours to master such a piece - you have to be very talented in carving, painting and design, and clearly you need a good eye to hit the perfect expression in a piece like this - and Valerie did it! Her talent and love for this art is so visible. It's just a very special piece - no one around you will have another one like it! 

It's signed at the back and just looks fabulous when worn, just adds the "special" touch to your outfit. 

Measurements: moon itself is 2 1/2" diameter, 1" deep (6.5 x 2.5 cm)
