Yellow cedar LOON Bowl, by Kwakwakaw'wakw Indigenous artist William Wadhams

Really fantastic quality, gorgeous expression, deep cuts, a stunning piece of Indigenous Artwork. William, and his large family, are worldwide known for there beautiful Bowls and of course other carvings. The loon bowls are the signature pieces, just so wonderful. This bowl was hand carved and signed underneath. It does show some grains in the wood, please have a close look - it just gives it even more character - those dark spots are natural. 

Measurements: 20" long, 10" wide, 7 1/2" high 

Meaning: The Loon symbolizes serenity and tranquility. They teach us to listen to and learn from our dreams, because if you believe in them, they might come true, and your hopes and wishes will be fulfilled.
