Have a close look at the detailing in this gorgeous piece of copper by our friend and master jeweler Paddy Seaweed from the Kwakwaka'wakw First Nation.
Copper Pendant with sterling silver accents: Grizzly Bear - very powerful and impressive.
Measurements: 3" wide, 2 1/2" high, slightly domed (chain is not included)
Meaning: The Bear is a symbol for power, courage, physical strength and leadership. Warriors e.g. are known to wear bear claw necklaces which are providing protection. In Haida culture the Bear is referred to as "Elder Kinsman" and was treated like a high-ranking guest.
