Showing at the Top the Eagle, holding a frog, below the Eagle is the Grizzly Bear holding on to the Killer Whale’s tail, representing marriage
and at the base is the young chief receiving responsibility from frog. Frog is holding 2 salmon's in it's hands, one is resembling the Coho salmon and the other paw is holding the Sockeye salmon, representing 2 fishing holes.
Fully hand carved, fully hand painted in traditional color black and red. Rupert used old red cedar for this piece. As always in Ruperts works it's just so incredibly detailed, traditional, telling a story and of course authentic and signed.
Measurements: 32 1/2" tall, 3" wide and 5 1/2" deep to the top of the beak.
